The WisMesh RAK3312 Starter Kit for Meshtastic is a new base and core board combo using the Espressif ESP32-S3 Dual Core module designed for ultra-low power consumption. 

Includes:

-Choice of RAK19007 (full size) or RAK19003 (mini) 
-RAK3312 Core Module (RAK3312 core features 3112 model radio)
-USB-C cable
-MHF4 LoRa & BLE/WiFi antenna
-MHF4 to SMA pigtail and stubby antenna (note MHF4 is not the same as IPEX-
